By using Twenty Dollar Draft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Entertainment only

Twenty Dollar Draft is a casual basketball team-building game. The dollars shown are fictional game budgets. The website does not accept wagers, award prizes, provide gambling services, or predict real-world game results. Simulated series results are for entertainment only.

Permitted use

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with online rooms, attempt unauthorized access, overload the website, scrape it through automated means, or copy, republish, sell, or distribute its protected code, artwork, writing, or design without written permission.

Your team names

You are responsible for text you enter. Do not enter personal, abusive, unlawful, infringing, or misleading content. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the website or other visitors.

Ownership

The original website code, visual design, game text, and branding are owned by Benjamin Pace or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Basketball disclaimer

Twenty Dollar Draft is an independent fan-created game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Basketball Association, any NBA team, or any player. Player and organization names are used only for identification and commentary. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, permanent online rooms, or the accuracy of player descriptions and simulated outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benjamin Pace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
